We rent out apartments on Krk too. Every year we watched part of our income go to Booking, even for guests who were staying with us for the third time. So we built a website for our own apartment, and now we make the same for other hosts.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to remove my apartment from Booking?
No. Booking stays as it is and keeps bringing you new guests. Your website is for guests who already know you and for their friends.
I'm not good with computers.
You don't need to be. We arrange everything over WhatsApp: you send photos and details, and we build the website and look after it. You don't have to install or learn anything.
How long does it take?
Free demo in 48 hours, finished website in 7 days. We send you the demo with your own photos, and we publish the website only when you're happy with it.
Do you guarantee a number of bookings?
No, and nobody honest can. That's why there is no mandatory one-year contract: if the website doesn't help you, you can cancel whenever you want.
Whose domain is it if I decide to stop?
Yours. The domain is registered in your name and we only maintain it. If you stop, the address stays yours.
How does a guest pay me for a direct booking?
However suits you best, usually a deposit to your account and the rest on arrival. The money goes straight to you, with no middleman.
